Illustrations

During the redaction of my PhD thesis, I was looking for an efficient way to bring my research works into general use, for a non-scientific public. I noticed that I was often drawing sequences of surfaces to think about algorithms. Then I choose to start a comics.

I started a sequence where each page describe the general idea of a concept or algorithm. The only visible notations are the number of boundaries and the genus of the surface. The drawing has been made by hand, on an A4 paper, using black felt-tips of various thickness.
